Today, Russia successfully launched the Soyuz rocket, which is supposed to deliver food, fuel and equipment to the International Space Station (ISS), the Russian space agency Roskosmos announced.
Soyuz 2.1, carrying the Progress MS-17 cargo capsule, was launched at 23.27 GMT from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
Docking at MSS is scheduled for Friday at 04.02 GMT.
Fuel, drinking water, oxygen cylinders and more than 1.500 kilograms of equipment and materials should arrive at MSS.
