Russia is open to the proposal of the European Union (EU) on the mutual recognition of anti-covid vaccines and vaccination certificates, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"Recently, the European Commission said: 'Let's hold talks with Russia on mutual recognition of vaccines and certificates'. We are open to that dialogue," Lavrov said at a webinar on Russian foreign policy, reports TASS.
The European Medicines Agency did not approve the use of Sputnik in the EU, but Hungary and Slovakia bought the most famous Russian vaccine against the coronavirus.
