The war in Ukraine has been going on for almost two months, during the previous period the bombs did not even bypass the capital Kyiv, but in recent days life in the capital is slowly returning to some kind of normality.
France Press brings a video story from the streets of Kiev, where peace finally reigns, but fear and caution are still present. First of all, because Russia continued shelling the eastern parts of Ukraine, and announced new attacks specifically on Kiev.
"I returned to Kyiv a few days ago and for now everything seems calm. The city is gradually being rebuilt. However, if there is danger again, if rocket attacks become more frequent, I will immediately move with my parents to the west of the country or out of Ukraine." said Olesija Titova, a citizen of Kyiv.
Her fellow citizen Bogdan confirmed that fear is still felt in the capital city of Kyiv.
"We are here, but everything is very sad, tense... The shelling continues, we still hear air raid sirens - you just don't feel safe. The bags are packed and we are ready to leave Kyiv at any moment if the war escalates again." said Bogdan.
