Turkey, Sweden and Finland signed a memorandum today on the process of Sweden and Finland joining NATO, reports Anadolia.
The memorandum was signed by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu and his colleagues from Finland and Sweden, Pekka Havisto and Ana Linde.
The signing was attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Finnish President Sauli Ninisto and Swedish Prime Minister Magalena Anderson.
The memorandum was signed at the IFEMA center in Madrid, where meetings were held as part of the NATO summit.
Details of the memorandum were not immediately released.
