The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that the fighting in the Donetsk region in the east of Ukraine was as intense as in previous days.
"The level of Russian attacks has not decreased. And the level of our resilience and courage is the highest," Zelensky said, as reported by Reuters.

"Investigators have already documented more than 400 Russian war crimes. The bodies of dead civilians and soldiers have been found," Zelensky said in his nightly video address.
He said that the "stabilization and restoration of the law" was established in 226 settlements comprising more than 100.000 inhabitants.
Arrests of Russian soldiers and mercenaries are ongoing.
Ukraine currently has momentum in its war with Russia, but Moscow is far from giving up, British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said, Reuters reports.
"Ukraine has momentum... The truth is, it's not big, but the advantage is still in the hands of the Ukrainians," Wallace told Radio Times.
He emphasized that the Russian withdrawal from Kherson does not mean the end of the war.
"No one underestimates Russia. They are far from giving up," Wallace pointed out.
Ukrainian Railways symbolically, celebrating the liberation of Kherson, offered tickets to cities that are still under the control of Russian forces, and the price of tickets is about 27 dollars, reports Reuters.
They state that the cards will be able to be used when those cities are also liberated.
"Today you can order tickets for the first three trains from Kiev to five cities: to the already liberated Kherson, as well as to Mariupol, Donetsk, Lugansk and Simferopol," said the railway operator on Telegram.
As it is added, the card can be bought and "kept as a symbol of faith in the Armed Forces and the liberation of Ukraine from the occupiers."
In the Russian attack in the Donetsk region, two civilians were killed and one was injured, regional governor Pavlo Kirilenko announced.
"Today, the Russians killed two civilians in the Donetsk region, in Bakhmut. "The security forces found more bodies of more people from the occupation period, in Jampol and Jarovaja," Kirilenko wrote on Telegram, reports Al Jazeera Balkans.
He added that it is currently impossible to estimate the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnokavaka.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the West is "militarizing" Southeast Asia in an attempt to curb Russian and Chinese interests.
At the end of the ASEAN summit in Phnom Penh, Lavrov accused the United States of its actions in the region, reports Reuters.
"The United States and its NATO allies are trying to control this space," Lavrov said.
Advisor to the Ukrainian president, Mihail Podoljak, assessed that support for the war is declining in Russia, and that the public there is forming the opinion that "it's time to end it."
"Politically and psychologically, Russia has not yet matured for real negotiations and the withdrawal of troops. But it will happen. Right after the liberation of Donetsk or Lugansk," Podoljak wrote on Twitter.
