Russia said today that it will not accept a cap on the price of its oil following a decision by the European Union, the Group of Seven and Australia to limit the price to $60 per barrel, which could reduce Moscow's means of financing its offensive in Ukraine.
"We do not accept that border," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, Russian agencies reported today.
