Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, a staunch Putin loyalist who was promoted this Sunday, predicts a war between Germany and France next year and a civil war in the United States that will lead to Elon Musk becoming president.
Medvedev, the deputy head of Putin's Security Council, served as president during Putin's four years as prime minister. Medvedev appears to be doing well in the Kremlin these days, as it was announced on Monday that he has been named Putin's deputy in the body that oversees the military industry.
In a list of his predictions for 2023, published on his personal Telegram and Twitter accounts, Medvedev also predicted that Britain would return to the EU, which would then collapse. He predicts that all the largest stock markets and financial activities will leave the USA and Europe and move to Asia, that a fourth Reich will be created that will include the territory of Germany and its satellites, Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Republic of Kiev and other apostates. .
Musk, the head of Tesla who is now the owner of Twitter, responded to Medvedev's announcement with the tweet "Epic sequence", and in the following he added: "These are definitely the most absurd predictions I have ever heard. They also show an astonishing lack of awareness of the progress of artificial intelligence and sustainable energy".
Since Russia's February 24 invasion of Ukraine, Medvedev has positioned himself as the arch-hawk, describing the conflict in apocalyptic, religious terms and referring to Ukrainians as "cockroaches" using language that Kiev claims is openly genocidal.
Last week, Medvedev visited China, where he discussed foreign policy with President Xi Jinping.
Political scientist Vladimir Pastukov said that the new extrovert side of Medvedev's personality was well received by the boss.
"Medvedeva's posts on Telegram have at least one reader, and apparently a fan: Putin," Pastukov announced on Telegram.
