Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva criticized Russia's invasion of Ukraine but said no one was talking about peace in what he called a "crazy war".
Speaking during a visit to Spain, Lula said his country was committed to finding a peace formula to end the conflict.
"I understand the European view of this war. It is unacceptable for one country to attack another, but it is a war in which I do not see anyone talking about peace," he told Lula.
The rescuers found another victim under the ruins of the museum in Kupjansk - it is a woman, the Kyiv Post reported.
Earlier it was announced that a museum worker was killed in today's Russian rocket attack on this city in the Kharkiv region, as well as that there are more people under the ruins.
Kyiv Post published a video from Kupyansk where Russian forces shelled the museum today.
Russian forces hit a museum in the center of Kupyansk in eastern Ukraine, killing one person and injuring 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced, as reported by Reuters.
He said that there are more people under the ruins.
"For now we know that a worker in the museum was killed," Zelenski wrote on Telegram.
Reuters reports that Zelenskiy's chief of staff and the regional governor announced that the museum was hit by an S-300 missile.
Kupyansk, which had 26.000 inhabitants before the war, is located in the Kharkiv region. It is an important rail hub that was occupied by Russian forces for months after they invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
Ukrainian forces drove them out of Kupyansk in a counteroffensive in September, when they also recaptured the towns of Izjum and Balaklia.
