Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that at the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius, he will discuss the problems of Sweden joining NATO with the allies.
Erdogan said that Turkey cannot yet approve Sweden's entry into NATO, because of, as he said, that country's support for terrorists.
"We supported NATO's open door policy. We have approved the accession of Finland, but we cannot approve the membership of those who support terrorists," Erdogan said.
As reported by Tanjug, he added that he expects Sweden to fulfill its obligations.
