The number of people killed in the Russian rocket attack in Krivo Rog has risen to six, regional chief Sergej Lisak said.
According to him, another 75 people were wounded.
"Almost 150 residents of the building managed to get out on their own, and 30 were helped by rescuers," Lisak said on Telegram.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense signed an agreement with the Turkish company "Bajkar Makina" on the construction of a service center for the repair and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles in Ukraine.
"The opening of the service center is a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and will help us get closer to victory," State Secretary of the ministry Kostyantyn Vashchenko said, according to Reuters.
Ukraine is seeking to increase its domestic production of unmanned aerial vehicles to form a "drone army" that should help it defend against Russian aggression, according to the British agency.
"More than 10.000 drone operators have been trained, and another 10.000 of them are undergoing training," Mikhail Fedorov, Ukraine's deputy prime minister in charge of the "Drone Army," said earlier.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is not looking for a way out of the war in Ukraine, but is preparing for an even bigger one, the Financial Times said.

At least six people were killed in Ukrainian shelling of the city of Donetsk and a village in the Zaporozhye region, Russian news agencies reported, citing local officials and emergency services.
Three people were killed and 11 of them were injured in the Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk, the Tass agency reported, citing Russian official Denis Pushulin in that area, reports Reuters.
Yevgeny Balitsky, a senior Russian official in the Zaporozhye region, said that three more people were killed and 15 injured in the Ukrainian shelling of the village of Basan in that region.
US government officials will attend a peace summit in Saudi Arabia, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said, adding that he could not provide further details, Reuters reports.
The Wall Street Journal announced on Saturday that Saudi Arabia will invite Western countries, Ukraine, as well as developing countries to the summit.
Kyiv and Zagreb agreed on the use of Croatian ports for the export of Ukrainian grain. The head of Ukrainian diplomacy, Dmytro Kuleba, spoke on Monday, July 31 in Kyiv with the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Gordan Grlić Radman, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
"We have agreed on the possibility of using Croatian ports on the Danube and the Adriatic Sea for the transport of Ukrainian grain. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, as a result of Russian airstrikes, 180.000 metric tons of grain were destroyed in nine days this month, reports Reuters.
Russia has carried out several airstrikes on Ukrainian port infrastructure, after withdrawing from the agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that the number of people killed in the Russian missile attack on Krivi Rog had risen to five, and that 350 people were involved in the rescue operation.
"The rescue operation in Krivo Rog continues. Dozens of people were injured and traumatized. All of them were given the necessary help. More than 350 people were involved in the rescue operation," Zelenski said on Telegram.
Earlier today, he wrote on Twitter that Ukraine is being shelled by "occupiers who continue to terrorize peaceful cities and people."
"Krivi Rog. Kherson. Residential buildings, a university building, an intersection were hit. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Maybe there are people under the ruins. My condolences to all those who lost their loved ones due to Russian terror," he said.
"In recent days, the enemy has persistently attacked cities, city centers, shelled civilian buildings and apartments, but this terror will not frighten or break us. We are working and saving our people," said the President of Ukraine.
At least one person was killed in two Russian rocket attacks on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, Reuters reports.
A four-story building of an educational institution and a nine-story residential building were hit in the strikes.
A Russian missile strike was carried out this morning in the city of Kryvyi Rih in the south of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
An unconfirmed video from the city that has been circulating on social media shows a gaping hole in the side of the nine-story building and a fire inside.
Reuters reports that there are currently no reports of casualties.
"The enemy launched a rocket attack on Krivi Rog. All necessary agencies are on the scene," the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
They urged the population to stay in shelters for fear of new airstrikes.
Krivi Rog is known for its steel production and is the hometown of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
A Ukrainian drone hit the building of the Bryansk District Department of Internal Affairs, the governor of the Bryansk region, Aleksandar Bogomaz, announced.
He announced it on Telegram, as reported by CNN.
"The armed forces of Ukraine attacked the Trubchev region overnight. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hit the building of the district department of internal affairs. There were no casualties. The roof and windows were destroyed," according to Bogomaz's post.
The attack reported on Monday came after Russia said it had shot down three Ukrainian drones trying to attack Moscow on Sunday, the second reported attack on the country's capital.
Russia also said it had intercepted more than two dozen drones in Crimea, a peninsula it seized in 2014.
