Russia is ready to quickly return to the agreement on grain if it is implemented in full and in the part that refers to Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dimitriy Peskov said today.
"Russia, and President Vladimir Putin has already repeated it a hundred times, is ready to return immediately if a real agreement is reached. Not only to the talks, but also to the agreement itself," he said, TASS reports.
He added that Russia is ready to return to the agreement immediately and that it would be necessary to simply implement the provisions of the agreement that refer to Moscow.
The agreement can be continued "in a new format", but this will require concrete actions from Western countries, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin said earlier.
