Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has been released from house arrest in Romania pending trial on charges of rape and human trafficking, his spokeswoman said.
The controversial influencer and his brother Tristan Tate have been under house arrest since March and were charged in June, the BBC reports.
The brothers can now move freely around Bucharest and the surrounding district where they live and remain under judicial control for 60 days.
They must report to the police when ordered to do so, and must inform them of any change of address.
They are also prohibited from contacting the two Romanian associates who are also indicted, the witnesses and the victims or their families.
Violation of these rules could lead to their return to house arrest or preventive detention.
