The Ukrainian intelligence service SBU has accused Russia of preparing a "false flag" attack on the Mozyr oil refinery in Belarus in order to blame official Kiev.
The SBU states that this is an attempt to bring Belarus into the war in Ukraine, as Ukrainian saboteurs would be identified as the culprits.
The SBU cites multiple sources for its claims, including a captured Russian soldier.
