At least two people were killed in shelling in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, local officials said.
As reported by Al Jazeera Balkans, the village of Zvanivka was shelled, and for now there is no information about the identity of the dead.
A market and a cafe in the Donetsk town of Slavjansk were also reportedly damaged in the shelling.
Russian forces also attacked the Kherson region at dawn, injuring two people in the Korabelny district.
The governor of Kherson, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that Russia also hit the villages of Kiselevka and Olhivka in the morning.

Russia attacked Ukraine last night with 38 shahed drones, the Ukrainian Air Force announced today, stating that 26 drones were shot down.
"It was registered that 38 shahed drones were dispatched," the air force said via Telegram in a daily report.
The statement added that 26 Iranian-made drones were destroyed.
The Odesa region is among the areas that were targeted by Russian forces last night, and the port of Izmail was especially targeted. The attack lasted two hours, regional governor Oleg Kiper wrote via Telegram, adding that most of the drones were shot down.
"Unfortunately, port infrastructure was affected in Izmail district," he said, adding that two truck drivers were wounded. According to him, the checkpoint, warehouses and about thirty trucks were damaged.
The river port of Izmail, located on the Danube on the border with Romania, has become one of the main routes for the export of Ukrainian agricultural goods since Russia withdrew in July from the grain agreement that allowed free transit of those products during the previous year.
Since then, Russian attacks on the southern regions of Odessa and Mykolaiv have increased.
Tonight's new attack followed yesterday's extensive attack by Russian forces on Odesa. Then the area was attacked with 19 Shahed drones and missiles, including two supersonic Onyx missiles.
Also in the south, in the Kherson region, four people were wounded in Russian attacks last night, Governor Oleksander Prokudin said.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the city of Kryvyi Rih was hit by a ballistic missile, according to the first information provided early this morning by the head of the local military administration, Oleksandr Vilkul.
