Four people were killed when a small sports plane crashed in Lungau in central Austria, the Austrian police announced today, adding that the plane was flying from Zagreb to Salzburg.
As APA reports, the accident happened on Thursday afternoon.
The Cirrus SR-20 plane took off from Zagreb to Salzburg shortly before 14:15.45 p.m., and around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. it crashed into a forest on a mountain ridge in the area of the Lungau municipality.
According to the police, the victims have not yet been identified and the cause of the plane crash is not known.
