The Ukrainian SBU agency is responsible for the murder of former Ukrainian MP Ilya Kiva in Russia, a Ukrainian source told Reuters today on condition of anonymity.
Kiva was a member of the Ukrainian parliament before Moscow invaded Ukraine in February 2022, but was in Russia throughout the war.
