Russia launched a missile attack on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro early on June 4, regional governor Serhiy Lisak said on Telegram, adding that several civilians were injured.
Ukrainian air defenses shot down two rockets, but falling debris caused a fire, Lisak said.
"Residents were injured as a result, including children. A one-month-old boy is in a satisfactory condition... A 17-year-old boy is in hospital in a medium serious condition. A 68-year-old man and three women - 32, 36 and 56 years old - they were also injured," Lisak said.
The Russian army regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons - attack drones, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.
Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied targeting civilians since the start of the all-out invasion.
Since the beginning of April, the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine has verified the data on the death of 10.810 civilians in Ukraine and the wounding of 20.556 civilians since the beginning of the invasion.
The organization claims that the actual number of civilian casualties is much higher.
