A 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death with a cold weapon on a bus in London, police said.
It was stated that the emergency doctors failed to help the boy who died immediately after their arrival.
It is added that so far no one has been arrested, but the witnesses of the murder have been invited to contact the police.
It is the latest in a long string of attacks in the country, which has seen a rise in knife incidents, with Prime Minister Keir Starmer recently referring to a "national crisis".
On Monday, an 18-year-old boy was seriously injured with a knife near a school in the same area of London.
Police in England and Wales recorded more than 50.500 knife incidents between March 2023 and March 2024, a four per cent increase on the previous year, according to Home Office figures.
