Russia has accused Ukraine of targeting energy infrastructure on Russian territory yesterday and today, violating an agreement that is supposed to prohibit strikes on such targets.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that Kiev's public commitment to stop these attacks was just a "trick" by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
A Ukrainian attack with US Himars missiles caused a "major fire" and significant destruction today at gas infrastructure in the Kursk region, the ministry said.
