At least one person was killed and three were wounded today in a double Russian attack on Kherson, a city in southern Ukraine, local authorities said.
The first bombing took place early this morning, the head of the city's military administration, Roman Mročko, said on Telegram, adding that Russian forces fired artillery at rescuers who arrived at the scene to help the victims.
One person was killed and three were injured, said Kherson Oblast Governor Oleksandr Prokudin.
He stated that the attack was aimed at a residential area.
