A driver from Switzerland has to pay a fine because he warned about a police check on a certain street via Facebook.
According to the Swiss press, the police filed a complaint against Facebook users for posting warnings.
Namely, the driver was fined 200 francs (184 euros) in court for "public warning against traffic controls".
The judge explained his verdict by saying that public warnings about traffic controls have been prohibited since 2013.
The convict posted his warning in March on a Facebook group that has around 30.000 followers.
