Four people were injured in a knife attack outside a shopping mall in Finland, but police do not suspect a terrorist attack, officials said today.
The suspect in the attack has been arrested and there are no further threats to the safety of residents of Tampere, a city in the north of the country, police added.
Passersby noticed a large pool of blood in front of the shopping center, and the police blocked the entrances to the shopping center to prevent people from walking around.
Tampere is located about 160 kilometers north of Helsinki and is famous worldwide for its saunas.
