The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army announced this afternoon that 98 clashes against Russian forces have been recorded since this morning.
The Pokrovska area, in the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine, remains particularly hard-hit. There have been 47 Russian attacks registered there, according to data posted on social media by the Ukrainian military.
The Ukrainian General Staff reported that there were approximately 100 shellings and six attacks north of Sumy, on the northern front.
On the other front, northeast of Kharkiv, Ukrainian forces recorded ten attempts by the Russian advance. The Ukrainian military also reported several attacks in the direction of Kostyantynivka, Liman, Kupyansk and Kramatorsk.
On the border between Donetsk Oblast and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the Ukrainian military headquarters claims that the Russian army twice attempted to advance towards Aleksandrovka.
In the south, in the Gulyai Pole region, the Ukrainian military says it has recorded six attacks, as well as two other offensives towards Orikhiv.
Another unsuccessful attempt by the Russian advance occurred in the direction of Pridneprovske, according to a statement from the Ukrainian military.
