Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his readiness to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin today, but not in Moscow or Kiev, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reported.
"I am ready to meet with Putin. Not in Moscow or Kiev, of course. But if he is ready to meet with me, there are many places where it could happen. We can find such a place in the Middle East, in Europe, in the US, anywhere," the Ukrainian president said in an interview with Italian public television RAI, Interfax Ukraine reported.
Zelensky added that support for Ukraine, which includes arms deliveries, should continue.
"The US has focused more on the Middle East, which has led to the postponement of trilateral negotiations with Russia. But we will continue them," Zelensky said.
