Russian airstrikes in Kiev the previous night damaged the editorial office of German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW), which was empty at the time, DW reported.
The destruction of the network's newsroom "once again exposes the conditions under which journalists work to report on events in Ukraine," said DW Director General Barbara Masing.
The studio of German public broadcaster ARD in Kiev was also damaged in the Russian attack, the television network reported earlier today.
