The election platform of the opposition British Labor Party was leaked to the public today.
The draft manifesto says that if Labor wins the June 8 election, it will nationalize Britain's railways and post office, abolish college tuition fees and reverse cuts to welfare spending.
The Labor Party planned to release the document a week before the election. The publication of party manifestos, in which promises are made, is a central part of UK elections.
Labor declined to comment on how the election platform reached the two dailies and the BBC. Labor leader Jeremy Corbyn did not appear at election rallies today.
The ruling Conservatives say the platform promises show Labor has an outdated left-wing understanding of the economy.
Polls show that the Conservatives have an advantage over Labor by 15 to 20 percent.
