In a joint operation by the German and Polish police after a search in Poland, 14 people were arrested for pedophile content in computers and mobile phones, and a total of 29 people are suspected of spreading child pornography on the Internet.
"A total of 29 people have the status of suspects. The accusations will depend on the examination of the contents of the computers carried out by experts. Some of them confessed their guilt without waiting for the expert reports," said Marijuš Ćarka, the spokesperson of the Main Command of the Polish Police, to the Polish television TVN24.
In the traditionally good and efficient cooperation with the German police, the Polish police obtained the IP addresses of Polish users in a larger pedophile network that was spreading, in this particular case, pedophile pornography with little girls.
The Polish police raided 33 houses, detained 14 people, two of whom were kept in prison, confiscated 61 computers, laptops and tablets, 42 hard drives, over 2.000 CD and DVD carriers and mobile phones.
Of the businesses, 11 immediately admitted their guilt and that they spread pornography with minors and pedophile content on the Internet.
