Demonstrations against unemployment and poverty marked by occasional clashes with the police have been going on for several days in Tunisia, where there are fears of a new social explosion five years after the overthrow of the government of Zine el Abidine Ben Ali. The Ministry of the Interior announced that the curfew will last from eight in the evening to five in the morning.
