The Japanese court extended the detention of the former chairman of the Nissan Board of Directors, Carlos Ghosn, by 10 days, the Kyodo agency reported today.
The Tokyo District Court granted the prosecutor's request to keep Gon in custody until December 10.
Ghosn was arrested on November 19 on suspicion of violating financial reporting laws. One of Nissan's directors, Greg Kelly, was also arrested with him.
Kyodo states that the XNUMX-day detention imposed upon arrest expires today.
Today, the court decided to keep Kelly in custody until December 10.
