Today, for reasons still unknown, a car plowed into pedestrians in southwest China, killing seven people and injuring four, the authorities announced.
The car climbed onto the sidewalk in a village in Sichuan province.
The police did not specify whether it was a traffic accident or an attack, but it was stated that the driver was arrested and that "the investigation into the causes of the incident is ongoing."
