Extremists of the Islamic State (IS) have released a new video, in which they talk about how they bought women and girls from the Yazidi minority community and sold them as sex slaves, after they were previously kidnapped in Iraq.
The video, posted on YouTube, shows members of the Islamic State casually chatting about how they traffic women.
"Today is market day for slaves. Today, with God's help, is distribution day," says the young jihadist at the beginning of the video.
The newspapers "Independent" and "Telegraf" assess that, although the video looks like a crude joke, there is obviously some truth in it.
One of the fighters in the video declares that he would pay "three bills" or give his gun for the Yazidi girl, while the other offers "five bills", where by bill he means 100 euros.
IS members, who, according to the video with English subtitles, are no more than 20 years old, also chat about maybe keeping some girls for themselves.
"Everyone can do what they want with their catch," says one of them.
"Who wants to sell, I can buy, my brothers. And if you want to give it to me, I will also take it," he adds.
Tens of thousands of Yazidis, a minority living mostly in northern Iraq, have been displaced in the region since the jihadist offensive began four months ago.
During the offensive, the Islamic State killed thousands of them, burned them alive or sold them into slavery, considering them "devil worshipers".
Yazidi leaders and numerous human rights organizations warned in August that the small community was facing genocide and Washington cited that threat as one of the main reasons for carrying out airstrikes against Islamic State positions.
In August, thousands of Yazidis were besieged for days on a mountain in the Sinjar mountain range, while many were killed, and the fate of hundreds of missing women and children is still unknown.
The Yazidi faith is a unique blend of beliefs derived from several religions and includes the worship of a demonic figure.
