Obama signed trade agreements with three countries

The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, signed trade agreements with South Korea, Panama and Colombia today, ending years of negotiations, and the US concluded the largest trade agreement since the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1993.

The US Congress approved the mentioned trade agreements last week, right at the time of South Korean President Lee Myung-bak's official visit to Washington, AP reported.

The parliaments of Colombia and Panama have adopted the agreements, while the South Korean parliament has yet to do so.

The administration of President Obama points out that the signed trade agreements will boost exports and contribute to employment.
