The Libyan rebels have defined a new "road map" after the overthrow of Gaddafi, reports Agence France-Presse, which obtained the document.
It is about the "Constitutional Declaration" which envisages the transfer of power to the assembly which will be elected within a year and the adoption of a new constitution.
The document is an amended version of a "road map" presented in March by the Transitional National Council, the political body of Libyan rebels based in Benghazi.
In that document, 37 points describe the transitional period after the overthrow of Gaddafi. According to that text, the Transitional National Council is "the highest state body, the only legitimate representative of the Libyan people."

His headquarters will be transferred to Tripoli immediately after the "announcement of liberation".
At the same time, rebel representatives say they are close to a final victory thanks to taking control of the towns of Zawiya, Gariana and Sorman, which allowed them to cut off the supply route between Tunis and Tripoli for the Gaddafi regime.
According to several sources, representatives of the rebels and the regime talked on Sunday in Djerba, not far from the Tunisian-Libyan border. The rebels, however, categorically denied any "negotiations, direct or indirect, with the Gaddafi regime."
The rebellion in Libya began in mid-February, and at the end of March the international community began an intervention, which is now led by NATO.
