Iran has invited representatives of Russia, China, the European Union, its allies in the Arab world and developing countries to visit nuclear facilities in that country in mid-January. In a letter published yesterday, Iran's ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Ali Asgar Soltanieh, suggested is for foreign officials to visit Iran on the weekend of January 15 and 16, the Tanjug agency reports. Such a move could mean a desire to gain support ahead of a new round of talks with representatives of the six countries participating in negotiations on the Iranian nuclear issue - the United States of America , France, Germany, Great Britain, China and Russia.
