The so-called Islamic State announced that it had killed 11 Nigerian soldiers during an attack on the town of Gajigana, in the northeast of the country.
The Islamic State announced through its news agency Amaq that the attack on soldiers took place on Friday in the Nigerian state of Borno, reports Reuters.
The terrorist organization also published photos of burned barracks and bodies, which it claims belong to soldiers.
