US President Donald Trump's associate, Roger Stone, was found guilty of obstructing the congressional investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Stone (67) was found guilty on all seven counts of the indictment brought by the Department of Justice, five counts of lying to Congress, one of witness tampering and one of obstructing the proceedings of a congressional committee.
Trump's associate was arrested in January in the US state of Florida, but was soon released on bail.
Sentencing is scheduled for February 6, and Stone faces up to 20 years in prison.
