Tillerson, speaking at a meeting on the global coalition against the Islamic State, said that the US has decided to provide an additional $200 million in aid to stabilize the liberated territories in Syria, Reuters reported.
The administration of US President Donald Trump is asking the partners from the coalition, made up of 74 countries with the aim of destroying Islamic extremists, to make efforts and overcome mutual rivalry and concentrate on the main task - defeating the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, the AP agency reported.
