An earthquake with a magnitude of 5,3 hit the eastern part of Turkey today, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center announced.
According to the announcement, the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of two kilometers, reports Reuters.
It was initially reported that the magnitude of the earthquake was 6,4.
So far, there are no reports of damage or injuries.
