Tehran is technically capable of building a nuclear bomb, but has yet to decide whether to do so.
Kamal Harazi, a senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, told Al Jazeera, as reported by Reuters.
"In a few days, we managed to enrich the uranium up to 60 percent and we can easily produce 90 percent of the enriched uranium... Iran has the technical means to produce a nuclear bomb, but Iran has not made the decision to build one," Harazi said.
He added that Tehran will never negotiate on its missile program and regional policy.
