US President Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping may meet in Da Nang, Vietnam at the end of February, the South China Morning Post reported on Sunday.
The two presidents are considering a meeting on February 27 or 28, shortly before a truce in their trade war expires in March, the Hong Kong-based paper said.
Trump said this week that he looked forward to meeting to resolve the trade war. He emphasized that Xi had sent him a letter in which he expressed his desire to reach an agreement before March 1.
