North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will visit Russia in the coming days at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin announced today.
South Korean media reported that leader Kim Jong Un is believed to be on a special North Korean train bound for Russia.
"At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chairman of State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un will pay an official visit to Russia in the coming days," the press service of the Kremlin said in a statement, TASS reports.

The North Korean leader last visited Russia in April 2019 and spoke with Putin in Vladivostok.
In July of this year, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu was in Pyongyang and spoke with Kim, gave him Putin's message and a gift.
