The European Union and numerous countries condemned tonight's attack in the concert hall in Moscow and expressed their condolences to Russia.
European Union spokesman Peter Stano wrote on the X social network that the EU is "shocked and appalled by the terrorist attack", adding that the Union condemns all attacks on civilians.
"Our thoughts are with all affected Russian citizens," Stano said.
The United Nations said it was saddened and was working to get more information.
The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed solidarity with the Russians, while the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the terrorist attack in Moscow and called it "terrible".
Condolences and condemnations of the armed attack came from the USA, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Italy, Serbia, Germany, Luxembourg, Qatar, Cuba, Palestine, Bolivia, Iran, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, Republika Srpska, Turkey, Armenia, Malta, South Ossetia, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
