One man was killed and three students were wounded in an Israeli attack in southern Lebanon, Lebanese state media reported this morning.
"An enemy drone targeted a car on the road leading to Nabati," a town relatively far from the border, according to ANI.
The driver of the car was killed and three children in the school bus were injured.
Since October 7, 2023, since the start of the Gaza war between Israel and Hamas, the pro-Iranian Islamist movement Hezbollah has regularly targeted northern Israel in support of Hamas.
The Israeli military responds to these attacks by targeting Lebanon and Hezbollah officials.
During seven months of cross-border violence, at least 429 people have died in Lebanon. Most of those killed were Hezbollah fighters, but at least 82 civilians were killed in the clashes.
On the Israeli side, 14 soldiers and 11 civilians died, according to official data.
