This morning, three people were killed and four were wounded in the central parts of China when a man attacked colleagues with a knife in the office and then attacked passers-by on the street.
The three victims were attacked by 40-year-old Wang Xiang in an office in the city of Wuhan after an argument with colleagues. Wang then drove to another part of the city, where he attacked passers-by.
Police shot and subdued him, but did not release his condition.
In China, it is forbidden to keep weapons in private possession, as well as to make knives and bombs, notes AP, stating that it is these weapons that are used the most in violent attacks.
