Two men and a bystander were killed in the northern occupied West Bank during operations by Palestinian security forces on Tuesday.
"Security forces encountered resistance and gunfire and responded, resulting in the death of a young man," said Tubas provincial governor Ahmed Asad.
The victim, identified as 19-year-old Rami Zahran, was shot dead at the entrance to the Fara refugee camp, where he was from.
Later in the day, it was reported that a 65-year-old man, Faisal Kalil Sbaija, was killed by gunfire from "outlaws" after being caught in a gunfight with security forces in the city of Jenin.
A girl was also injured in the leg by shrapnel and her life is not in danger.
