Around 2.000 people have been killed during protests in Iran, an Iranian official told Reuters today.
He blamed "terrorists" for the deaths of civilians and members of the security forces.
Protests in Iran have been ongoing since December 28th due to the difficult economic situation. The real situation is unknown to anyone outside Iran, as sporadic information is being received, such as the internet being shut down and almost all communications being cut off.
