NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte spoke with United States President Donald Trump about the security situation in Greenland.
"I spoke with Donald regarding the security situation in Greenland and the Arctic. We will continue to work on this issue and I look forward to meeting him in Davos later this week," Rutte wrote on X.
Trump has been threatening Greenland with a military invasion for weeks, and yesterday he announced ten percent tariffs on products from eight European countries that oppose it.
