Rescuers are still searching for eight people missing in an explosion at a steel mill in China's Inner Mongolia.

Chinese police have detained those responsible after the explosion killed two people and hospitalized 84.
The explosion, which occurred yesterday at a factory in Baotou, caused the ground to shake in the surrounding area, with a huge cloud of white smoke billowing high into the sky.
A pressurized tank, intended to store high-temperature steam, exploded, city officials said.
