At least 24 people have been killed in a drone attack carried out by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan.
A drone targeted a vehicle carrying displaced families near the town of Rahad in North Kordofan province, killing eight children, the Sudanese Doctors Network said.
The group of doctors called on the international community and human rights organizations to "immediately take measures to protect civilians and to directly hold the RSF leadership accountable for these crimes."
RSF has not commented so far. The group has been waging war with the Sudanese army for about three years.
