US President Donald Trump has announced that the United States will cut off all trade with Spain.
Trump made the remarks after Spain refused to allow the US military to use its bases for missions related to strikes on Iran.
"Spain has been terrible," Trump told reporters during a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, adding that he had ordered Treasury Secretary Scott Besant to "cut off all business" with Spain.
"We will cut off all trade with Spain. We want nothing to do with Spain," he added.
